Suzanne was born in Duesseldorf, Germany and studied Economics & Psychology at the Ludwig Maximilians-University of Munich, Germany and Communication Sciences at the Bavarian Academy of Advertising in Munich, Germany.
Prior to starting her career in the Executive Search Profession, Suzanne spent four years alongside her studies in the Luxury Consumer Goods Industry in Sales, Sales Promotion, Marketing and Public Relations, Sales Agent for Top-Fashion label and three years as a Business Consultant & International Trading Coordinator for a Business Consulting & Trading Company for the Latin American Automotive market.
Suzanne Vivien Sommer joined Nedelcu & Company (formerly Leaders-Trust International) in 1996 as a Research Associate and Junior Consultant.
In 1998 she became Executive Search Consultant & Head of International Research. In 2002 she became Senior Consultant and Director International Research. In 2018 she became Partner Executive Search & Director International Research.
Since joining Nedelcu & Company (formerly Leaders-Trust International), Suzanne conducted hundreds of national and international assignments for clients mainly in the Automotive Components, Passenger Car Manufacturing, Consumer Durables, Machine Building & Machine Tool Manufacturing Industry, Publishing, Technology Business, Health Care and Professional Services sectors.
